Report flags / image
THE FILE“Saved again after it was taken”
What this flag on a image means, why it matters, and what to check.
What it means
The photo was saved again later than the moment it was taken.
Why it matters
A later save can mean the picture was edited. On its own it's a note.
Ordinary explanations
- Rotating or cropping the photo on the phone.
What to check
Ask the applicant for a copy downloaded directly from the source (payroll portal or bank), and compare it with this one.
A flag is a reason to verify with the source, not proof. Apply the same steps to every applicant.
